Engineering Computing Center

Designs, implements, and supports advanced computing systems and infrastructure for the Engineering Computing Center, enabling instructional, research, and operational computing across the School of Engineering.

Frugal Innovation Hub

Responsible for advancing the Frugal Innovation Hub through strategic partnerships, program management, community engagement, and experiential learning initiatives that support faculty, students, and global impact.

Dean's Office

Responsible for developing strategic partnerships and external engagement initiatives to advance collaboration between the School of Engineering and industry, community, and organizational partners.

Bioengineering | STEM

Supports Bioengineering instruction and research by maintaining laboratory facilities, equipment, instrumentation, and safe laboratory operations.

STEM

Responsible for managing procurement, inventory, and stockroom operations that support instructional laboratories, research, and academic programs across the School of Engineering.

Dean's Office

Provides support for the School of Engineering’s digital media presence, including the School of Engineering website, social media, content creation, and event technology.

Applied Mathematics | Electrical and Computer Engineering

Provides administrative support to the department chairs, faculty, and students within Applied Mathematics and the Electrical and Computer Engineering departments.

STEM

Building and Operations manager for the Sobrato Campus of Discovery and Innovation: Bldg. 402 - Discovery and Innovation, Bldg. 202 - Heafey, and Bldg. 203 - Bergin.

Directs dry lab operations across STEM, supporting the areas of: Electrical and Computer Engineering, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, Civil, Environmental, and Sustainable Engineering, and the Center for Nanostructures.

Electrical and Computer Engineering

Responsible for setting up and conducting laboratory experiments as required for Electrical and Computer Engineering courses. Maintains test systems and instrumentation used in instruction and research and ensures the safety of laboratory operations.

Dean's Office

Responsible for providing cross-functional administrative support, operational coordination, and resource guidance to support efficient operations across the School of Engineering.

Mechanical Engineering

Provides administrative support to the department chair, faculty, and students within Mechanical Engineering, serving as a primary resource for departmental operations and services.

Dean's Office

Responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of school-wide events, event logistics, and budget administration to support successful programs and initiatives across the School of Engineering.

Engineering Computing Center

Maintains and supports the Engineering Computing Center's computing systems and infrastructure, ensuring reliable technology services for instruction, research, and operations across the School of Engineering.

Undergraduate Programs

Responsible for services and programs that support undergraduate engineering students and departments, including academic operations, student programs, advising, and student engagement.

Graduate Programs

Provides graduate recruitment and admissions support for the School of Engineering and is responsible for coordinating prospective student engagement, recruitment events, outreach initiatives, and admissions communications.

Computer Science and Engineering

Provides administrative support to the department chair, faculty, and students within Computer Science and Engineering, serving as a primary resource for departmental operations and services.

Dean's Office

Responsible for overseeing faculty affairs, financial operations, administrative management, human resources, and institutional compliance to support the School of Engineering's strategic and operational goals.

Bioengineering | Civil, Environmental and Sustainable Engineering

Provides administrative support to the department chairs, faculty, and students within Bioengineering and the Civil, Environmental, and Sustainable Engineering departments.

Graduate Programs

Responsible for graduate program operations, administrative coordination, and process implementation across the School of Engineering's Graduate Programs.

Provides administrative support for the Dean's Office, Engineering Management and Leadership and, General Engineering programs, serving as a primary resource to for faculty, students, and internal operations.

Responsible for developing marketing, communications, and outreach initiatives to advance the visibility, engagement, and strategic priorities of the School of Engineering.

Computer Science and Engineering

Provides administrative support to the department chair, faculty, and students within Computer Science and Engineering, serving as a primary resource for departmental operations and services.

Graduate Programs

Responsible for leading graduate admissions, enrollment management, recruitment, and student services that support the School of Engineering's graduate programs.

Undergraduate Programs | STEM

Advances student engagement and community-building through programming and outreach initiatives that foster an inclusive and welcoming engineering community.

Mechanical Engineering

Responsible for maintaining and operating the laboratory facilities used for Mechanical engineering and STEM shop operations-based instruction and research. Regularly maintain, calibrate equipment, and instrumentation. Responsibility for safety in the laboratories and provide formal laboratory instruction to students.

Graduate Programs

Responsible for graduate student records, registration, degree progress, compliance, and academic program support to facilitate student success across the School of Engineering Graduate Programs.

University Library 

Responsible for library and information services that support engineering education and research. Collaborates with faculty, students, and staff to provide research support, instructional services, and access to information resources.

Mechanical Engineering

Supports Mechanical Engineering's instruction and research by maintaining laboratory facilities, equipment, instrumentation, and safe laboratory operations.
